I experienced multiple issues . The room I initially booked was switched to a double bed instead of a twin, and although the receptionist offered to rectify it, I was too exhausted to wait. Housekeeping only emptied the bins when I had requested a full clean and did not fulfill that request. Finally, the parking situation was quite frustrating, with a code that never worked, forcing me to call reception repeatedly for access.

For French standards a very rich breakfast, the location directly in the city centre is very practical for exploring the city.
The rooms are very small, especially the bathroom, despite booking a superior double room. From the outside, the building does not look very inviting.

The hotel is centrally located, all sights can be easily reached on foot. The breakfast is good, the staff very friendly. We had a nice stay.
It would be nice if one could do without packed goods at the breakfast buffet even more.

Cleanliness impressed me right away, with a super clean room and fresh bedding that felt inviting. The breakfast spread deserves a shoutout-delicious options with fresh juices and a solid coffee selection set me up for the day. A nice touch was the mini fridge in the room, perfect for keeping drinks cool. I appreciated the quiet ambiance, awesome for a peaceful night's sleep. The air conditioning could really use an upgrade. It struggled to cool my room adequately. I also faced some frustration with parking. The access code didn't work. Despite these points, I enjoyed my time overall and found the location convenient for exploring Metz.

Location, breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful
Interior is old and carpets smells old. Renovation is needed.

The staff was very nice and friendly, everything very clean. The beds were very comfortable, rooms facing the yard were very quiet; parking possibility very good behind the hotel, we were allowed to leave the car in the parking place after checking out. Breakfast was good.
In the minibar there was only a small bottle of water; restaurant in the house closed on weekends, but there are good restaurants nearby and one does not starve (one should probably make a reservation)

The restaurant was GREAT with good quality food, I tried hot dishes. And there were quiet beds. The location was awesome and pleasant, just a short walk away from Germans' Gate.
Almost perfect.

Location - central and good for exploring the city.
Air conditioning - poor control system and very hot at night despite having windows open. Breakfast - poor quality of cooked food: there seemed to be unseasoned dried egg served as 'scrambled' for breakfast, cold bacon and sausage. This was disappointing.

The location was great, great to easily explore the city's historical sites. The room was spacious with a mini fridge and a cozy seating area.
The coffee machine was a bit slow. And could use an upgrade.

Good location. Free parking at hotel parking lot. Pleasant room. Bathroom ok.
Ridiculous mini-bar in the room with non-alcoholic drinks only. No staff in hotel bar, but drinks are pricey. Restaurant mediocre as in all Accor hotels. Breakfast a disaster: no clean tables available, most things finished. Lack of management.
